Invitation for Medical Vendors Registration

International Medical Corps (IMC), an international non-profit relief and development organization working in Syria, is seeking to identify and register qualified and experienced medical suppliers in Northeast Syria (NES) in order to update its supplier database and establish a qualified medical vendors catalogue for future procurement opportunities.

IMC invites legally registered companies and suppliers specialized in the provision of medicines, medical consumables, and medical equipment, particularly those with demonstrated experience and capacity in medical supply and distribution in NES.

Eligible suppliers should meet the following criteria:

·       Hold a valid official commercial registration issued by the relevant Syrian governmental authorities.

·       Hold the required governmental licenses and permits, including the Ministry of Health license where applicable to the products supplied.

·       Be specialized in supplying medicines, medical consumables, medical equipment and/or medical devices.

·       Be authorized agents, distributors, or representatives of manufacturers or companies operating in the medical sector, where applicable.

·       Have demonstrated experience and capacity in medical supply and distribution.

·       Have previous experience working with international NGOs, UN agencies, governmental institutions, hospitals, or other recognized organizations.

·       Have the capacity to provide reliable and timely delivery to locations within Northeast Syria.

·       Be able to provide relevant product documentation, certificates, licenses, and technical information when requested.

The required company documents include:

1. Company profile.

2. Valid official commercial registration.

3. Valid tax certificate, where applicable.

4. Relevant governmental and Ministry of Health licenses and permits.

5. Agency, distributorship, or manufacturer authorization documents, where applicable.

6. List of previous experience with NGOs, UN agencies, governmental institutions, hospitals, or other recognized organizations, including references where available.

7. Information on the company's areas of operation and delivery capacity within NES.

1. Vendor Registration Form.

2. Vendor Code of Conduct.

3. Master Terms and Conditions.

Note: Registration in the IMC supplier database does not constitute a commitment or guarantee of future purchase orders, contracts, or awards. All suppliers will remain subject to IMC's applicable supplier registration, due diligence, compliance, and procurement procedures.

دعوة لتسجيل مورديين في المجال الطبي

تسعى منظمة الهيئة الطبية الدولية - وهي منظمة دولية غير ربحية تعمل في مجالي الإغاثة والتنمية في سوريا  - إلى تحديد وتسجيل موردين مؤهلين وذوي خبرة في المجال الطبي داخل منطقة شمال شرق سوريا؛ وذلك بهدف تحديث قاعدة بيانات الموردين الخاصة بها وإعداد قائمة بالموردين الطبيين المؤهلين لغرض عمليات الشراء المستقبلية.

وتوجه المنظمة هذه الدعوة إلى الشركات والموردين المسجلين قانوناً والمتخصصين في توريد الأدوية والمستهلكات الطبية والمعدات الطبية، ولا سيما الجهات التي تمتلك خبرة وقدرات مثبتة في مجالي التوريد والتوزيع الطبي في منطقة شمال شرق سوريا.

يجب أن تتوفر في الموردين المؤهلين المعايير التالية

امتلاك سجل تجاري رسمي وساري المفعول صادر عن الجهات الحكومية السورية المختصة*

امتلاك التراخيص والتصاريح الحكومية المطلوبة، بما في ذلك ترخيص وزارة الصحة عند انطباقه على المنتجات الموردة*

التخصص في توريد الأدوية والمستهلكات الطبية والمعدات والأجهزة الطبية*

أن يكون المورد وكيلاً أو موزعاً أو ممثلاً معتمداً للمصنعين أو الشركات العاملة في القطاع الطبي، عند الاقتضاء*

امتلاك خبرة مثبتة وقدرة على توريد وتوزيع المستلزمات والمنتجات الطبية*

وجود خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية أو وكالات الأمم المتحدة أو المؤسسات الحكومية أو المستشفيات أو الجهات الرسمية* المعترف بها

القدرة على تأمين عمليات تسليم موثوقة وفي الوقت المناسب إلى المواقع في شمال وشرق سوريا*

القدرة على تقديم الوثائق والشهادات والتراخيص والمعلومات الفنية الخاصة بالمنتجات عند الطلب*

الوثائق المطلوبة من الشركة تشمل

الملف التعريفي للشركة1.

السجل التجاري الرسمي والساري المفعول2.

شهادة ضريبية سارية المفعول، عند الاقتضاء3.

التراخيص والتصاريح الحكومية وتراخيص وزارة الصحة ذات الصلة4.

وثائق الوكالة أو التوزيع أو التفويض من المصنع، عند الاقتضاء5.

6.جدول بالخبرات السابقة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية و وكالات الأمم المتحدة و المؤسسات الحكومية و المستشفيات أو الجهات الرسمية الأخرى مع المراجع عند توفرها.
