Introduction / المقدمة

World Vision International (WVI) invites qualified suppliers to submit a Letter of Interest (EOI) for participating in the tender titled:
“Hygiene Kits Procurement and Distribution to Collective Centers in Al-Hasakeh City – Tender No. 4108749.”

تدعو منظمة الرؤية العالمية (WVI) المورّدين المؤهلين لتقديم خطاب إبداء اهتمام للمشاركة في المناقصة بعنوان:
"توريد وتوزيع سلال النظافة الصحية إلى مراكز الإيواء في مدينة الحسكة – رقم المناقصة 4108749."

Scope of Work / نطاق العمل

The scope of this tender includes:

• Supplying hygiene kits according to WVI standards
• Delivering and distributing the kits to the collective centers in Al-Hasakeh City
• Final distribution locations will be shared with the awarded supplier

يشمل نطاق العمل ما يلي:

• توريد السلال الصحية حسب معايير المنظمة
• تسليم وتوزيع السلال في مراكز الإيواء داخل مدينة الحسكة
• سيتم مشاركة المواقع النهائية للتوزيع مع المورّد الذي يتم منحه العقد

Requirements for EOI Submission / متطلبات تقديم خطاب إبداء الاهتمام

Interested suppliers must submit:

1. Formal Letter of Interest
2. Company profile / CV
3. Valid company registration documents
4. Authorized contact person’s details
5. Signed supplier registration form
6. Confirmation of ability to access and deliver to all collective centers in Al-Hasakeh City

يجب على المورّدين تقديم:

1. خطاب إبداء اهتمام رسمي
2. الملف التعريفي للشركة / السيرة الذاتية
3. مستندات تسجيل الشركة سارية المفعول
4. معلومات الشخص المخوّل بالتواصل
5. نموذج تسجيل الموردين موقّع
6. تأكيد القدرة على الوصول والتسليم في جميع مراكز الإيواء بمدينة الحسكة

Following the review of received Letters of Interest, WVI will invite the eligible suppliers to participate in an electronic sourcing event. Suppliers will receive an email invitation with the subject: World Vision International Sourcing Event, through which they will access the full tender package (ITB documents), including detailed specifications, scope of work, submission instructions, and pricing format.

بعد مراجعة خطابات إبداء الاهتمام المستلمة، ستقوم منظمة الرؤية العالمية بدعوة المورّدين المؤهلين للمشاركة في فعالية توريد إلكترونية. سيستلم المورّدون دعوة عبر البريد الإلكتروني بعنوان: World Vision International Sourcing Event، ومن خلالها يمكنهم الوصول إلى مستندات الدعوة للمناقصة الكاملة، بما في ذلك المواصفات التفصيلية، نطاق العمل، تعليمات التقديم، ونموذج التسعير.
