Introduction / المقدمة

World Vision International (WVI) invites qualified suppliers to submit a Letter of Interest (EOI) to participate in the tender titled:

“In-kind support (Equipment, Tools, and Machinery) for the Social Enterprises Groups – Reference No. 4171587.”

تدعو منظمة الرؤية العالمية (WVI) المورّدين المؤهلين لتقديم خطاب إبداء اهتمام للمشاركة في المناقصة بعنوان:

“الدعم العيني (المعدات، الأدوات، والآليات) لمجموعات المشاريع الاجتماعية – الرقم المرجعي 4171587.”

Scope of Work / نطاق العمل

The scope of this tender includes, but is not limited to:

• Supply of equipment, tools, and machinery
• Compliance with WVI technical specifications and quality requirements
• Delivery of all items within the agreed timelines
• Final delivery locations will be shared with the awarded supplier

يشمل نطاق العمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ما يلي:

• توريد المعدات والأدوات والآليات
• الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية ومتطلبات الجودة الخاصة بمنظمة الرؤية العالمية
• تسليم المواد ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها
• سيتم مشاركة مواقع التسليم النهائية مع المورّد الفائز

Requirements for EOI Submission / متطلبات تقديم خطاب إبداء الاهتمام

Interested suppliers must submit:

• Formal Letter of Interest
• Company profile
• Valid company registration documents
• Authorized contact person details
• Signed supplier registration form
• Confirmation of capacity to supply and deliver the required items

يُطلب من المورّدين المهتمين تقديم ما يلي:

• خطاب إبداء اهتمام رسمي
• الملف التعريفي للشركة
• مستندات تسجيل الشركة سارية المفعول
• معلومات الشخص المخوّل بالتواصل
• نموذج تسجيل الموردين موقّع
• تأكيد القدرة على التوريد والتسليم حسب نطاق العمل

Following the review of received EOIs, eligible suppliers will be invited to the next procurement stage and provided with the RFQ documents.

بعد مراجعة خطابات إبداء الاهتمام المستلمة، سيتم دعوة المورّدين المؤهلين للمرحلة التالية، وسيتم تزويدهم بملفات طلب عرض الأسعار.

·       This invitation is intended to identify interested suppliers only and does not constitute a solicitation or offer to contract.

·       WVI reserves the right to accept or reject any submission or cancel the process without obligation.

·       Please note that suppliers may submit their quotations in USD; however, payments will be made in Syrian Pounds (SYP). The applicable exchange rate will be based on the commercial rate of BEMO Bank and will be determined on the actual payment date. This rate may vary per transaction to ensure fairness and alignment with market conditions.

• يرجى العلم أنه يمكن للموردين تقديم عروضهم بالدولار الأمريكي، إلا أن الدفع سيتم بالليرة السورية. سيتم احتساب سعر الصرف بناءً على السعر التجاري لبنك بيمو، وذلك بتاريخ الدفع الفعلي، وقد يختلف هذا السعر لكل معاملة بما يضمن العدالة والتوافق مع ظروف السوق.
