Invitation for vendors registration
International Medical corps (IMC) is a humanitarian not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide vital medical support and assistance to those in need in Syria as a result of the ongoing conflict. IMC has worked to provide assistance in Syria since 2007.
The International Medical Corps sought to find competent suppliers with extensive experience and an up-to-date business record in North and East Syria to update our supplier database and thus add qualified and registered companies.
The required documents for the eligible company are:
1. Company CV.
2. Contract of establishment.
3. Updated commercial register.
4. Updated tax certificate.
5. Photocopies of the IDs of all individuals partners as mentioned in the commercial log.
6. Table of previous experiences with NGOs with references.
The attachments to be filled with information with the signature and official stamp of the company are:
1. Vendor registration form.
2. Master terms and conditions.
3. Vendor Code of Conduct.

الهيئة الطبية الدولية (IMC) هي منظمة إنسانية غير ربحية، مهمتها تقديم الدعم والمساعدة الطبية الحيوية للمحتاجين في سوريا نتيجة للصراع الدائر. وتعمل الهيئة على تقديم المساعدة في سوريا منذ عام ٢٠٠٧.
تسعى الهيئة الطبية الدولية إلى إيجاد موردين كفوئين لديهم خبرات عديدة و سجل تجاري محدث في شمال و شرق سوريا لتحديث جدول بيانات الموردين الخاص بنا و بالتالي إضافة الشركات المؤهلة و المسجلة.
: الوثائق الأساسية لأهلية الشركة هي
السيرة الذاتية للشركة. .1
عقد تأسيس الشركة. .2
السجل التجاري المحدث. . 3
شهادة الضرائب المحدثة.. 4
5. صور عن الهويات الشخصية لكل الشركاء كما هو مذكور في السجل التجاري.
جدول خبرات سابقة مع المنظمات مع المراجع..6
أما المستندات المرفقة المطلوبة من الموردين ملؤها بالمعلومات بالتوقيع والختم الرسمي للشركة هي:
1. استمارة تسجيل المورد
2. قواعد سلوك البائع
3. الأحكام و الشروط الرئيسية لطلب الشراء.

A preeminent first responder, International Medical Corps provides emergency relief to those struck by conflict, disaster and disease—no matter where they are, no matter what the conditions—working with them to recover, rebuild and gain the skills and tools required for self-reliance. After the emergency has passed and our disaster-relief effort has ended, we shift from emergency medical response to long-term medical support and training. We provide resources and training to help local staff provide a range of services—including healthcare, food, water and sanitation support—to their communities.
