1. Interpretation: Provide verbal interpretation between team members and beneficiaries during meetings, interviews, or any other interactions. This includes accurately conveying messages, maintaining cultural sensitivity, and ensuring effective communication.

2. Translation: Translate written materials and ensure accurate and precise translation while maintaining the intended meaning and context.

3. Facilitation: Assist in facilitating group discussions or workshops by providing real-time interpretation. Help create an inclusive and collaborative environment, ensuring all participants actively engage and understand discussions.

4. Cultural Mediation: Bridge cultural gaps and promote understanding between team members and beneficiaries. Provide insights into cultural norms, customs, and practices to facilitate effective communication and build rapport.

5. Contextual Clarification: Clarify cultural or linguistic nuances that may arise during interactions. Offer explanations or additional context to ensure mutual understanding.

6. Quality Assurance: Review translated materials, including documents, reports, or communication materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines. Make necessary revisions or edits to improve quality.

7. Support Team Coordination: Assist in coordinating logistics and scheduling for meetings with beneficiaries. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth organization of translation needs throughout the trip.
