Staff Transportation Services – Syria

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking to contract qualified and reliable service providers to deliver transportation services in Syria at a fixed daily rate of USD 55 per day per vehicle.

Required Vehicle Types

·      Sedan (5 seats)

o   Preferred colors: White / Grey / Black

o   Model year: 2015 or newer

·      Hyundai H1 Minivan

o   Preferred colors: White / Grey / Black

o   Model year: 2015 or newer

Note: Mercy Corps will determine the required number and type of vehicles based on programmatic and security needs.

Application Process (EOI – Expression of Interest)

Interested suppliers must complete and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by following these steps:

1.     Complete the EOI form: [ link ]

2.     Ensure all required fields and documents are fully completed.

3.     Submit the completed mandatory documents via email to:
syriadrivers@mercycorps.org

o   Include the supplier’s name clearly in the subject line

4.     Incomplete applications or those missing required documents/photos will be considered non-eligible.

خدمات نقل الموظفين – سوريا

تُعد  Mercy Corps منظمة إنسانية دولية غير دينية، غير ربحية، وغير حكومية.

تسعى منظمة Mercy Corps إلى التعاقد مع مزودي خدمات مؤهلين وموثوقين لتقديم خدمات النقل في سوريا مقابل سعر ثابت قدره  55دولارًا أمريكيًا لكل مركبة يوميًا .

أنواع المركبات المطلوبة

·      سيارة سيدان (5 مقاعد)

o      الألوان المفضلة: أبيض / رمادي / أسود

o      سنة الصنع: 2015 أو أحدث

·      حافلة صغيرة هيونداي H1

o      الألوان المفضلة: أبيض / رمادي / أسود

o      سنة الصنع: 2015 أو أحدث

ملاحظة: ستقوم منظمة Mercy Corps بتحديد عدد ونوع المركبات المطلوبة بناءً على متطلبات البرامج والاعتبارات الأمنية.

آلية التقديم إبداء الاهتمام   EOI

يجب على الموردين المهتمين تعبئة وتقديم نموذج إبداء الاهتمام (EOI) وفق الخطوات التالية:

1.     تعبئة نموذج إبداء الاهتمام (اضغط هنا)

2.     التأكد من استكمال جميع الحقول والمستندات المطلوبة.

3.     إرسال جميع المستندات الإلزامية عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى:

o      يرجى كتابة اسم المورد بوضوح في عنوان البريد الإلكتروني

4.     سيتم اعتبار الطلبات غير المكتملة أو التي تفتقر إلى المستندات/ الصور المطلوبة غير مؤهلة.
