Subject: MR.26.RAQ.102 Rehabilitation works for Sabkha PHC

Médecins du Monde – España (MdM-Spain) seeks to award a contract for the Rehabilitation works for Sabkha PHCPHCCs RAQ.

All needed documents can be downloaded from the attached files

Deadline for submission of offers: Monday, 20 of July 2026, at 4:00 PM (Syrian Time).

Please note that all costs incurred by the tenderer in preparing and submitting the proposal will not be reimbursed.

Please submit your financial offers and all the needed documents in a closed envelope to the Medicos del Mundo office at RAQQA by hand to the following address:

Note: 
·      All mandatory documents must be completed, stamped, and included in the closed envelope, which includes all the shared files.
All the offers received after the submission deadline might not be considered
·      Visiting the site is necessary before sending the documents to the organization.
·      It is necessary to read, sign, and stamp the work documents (BoQs) before sending them.
·      The technical offer must contain a minimum of 3 similar experiences with financial amounts of no less than 5,000 USD without this the offer might be declined.
·      The technical offer must contain sufficient information about the samples to be submitted, and include a condition that if the contractor wins the tender and some or all of the samples do not conform to the required specifications

الموضوع: اعمال اعادة التأهيل في ركز الرعاية الصحية الاولية (مستوصف) الصبخة في محافظة، الرقة

تسعى منظمة أطباء العالم - إسبانيا إلى إرساء عقد إعمال اعادة التأهيل في مركز الرعاية الصحية الأولية في الصبخة بمحافظة الرقة.

يمكن تحميل جميع الوثائق المطلوبة من الملفات المرفقة.

آخر موعد لتقديم العروض: الأربعاء، 20 تموز 2026، الساعة 4:00 مساءً (بتوقيت سوريا).

يرجى العلم بأن جميع التكاليف التي يتكبدها مقدم العرض في إعداد وتقديم العرض غير قابلة للاسترداد.

يرجى تقديم عروضكم المالية وجميع المستندات المطلوبة في مظروف مغلق إلى مكتب أطباء العالم في الرقة، وتسليمها يدويًا إلى العنوان التالي:

الرقة، خلف محطة وقود أبو الهيف، بجوار مسجد الفتح.

ملاحظة:

1. يجب تعبئة جميع المستندات الإلزامية وختمها وإرفاقها بالمظروف المغلق، بما في ذلك جميع الملفات المشتركة.

2. قد لا تُقبل العروض الواردة بعد الموعد النهائي للتسليم.

3. من الضروري زيارة الموقع قبل إرسال المستندات إلى المنظمة.

4. من الضروري قراءة وثائق العمل (جداول الكميات) وتوقيعها وختمها قبل إرسالها.

5.  يجب أن يتضمن العرض الفني ثلاثة مشاريع مماثلة على الأقل، بقيمة مالية لا تقل عن 5000 دولار أمريكي و بدون ذلك قد يرفض العرض الفني.

6. يجب أن يتضمن العرض الفني معلومات كافية عن العينات المطلوب تقديمها، وأن يتضمن شرطًا ينص على أنه في حال فوز المقاول بالمناقصة وعدم مطابقة بعض أو كل العينات للمواصفات المطلوبة، فسيتم إلغاء العقد.
