6. REQUESTED DOCUMENTS الوثائق المطلوبة
To be considered for the above-mentioned contract, we need to have received the following documents (see Annex A: ‘terms and references’ for a detailed subscription:
1- Company fact sheet including all information requested in annex A ‘terms and references’,
2- Project list of at least 3 projects of comparable complexity in the last 5 years (refer to Annex A ‘terms and references’,
3- Example of Technical design package, including technical report/specification, drawings, calculation and BoQ,
4- A completed ‘Bid summary form’ (Annex B) and,
5- A completed BoQ (Annex C),
6- Fact sheets of System components, including all information requested in annex A ‘terms and references’,
7- Schedule including lead times,
8- A Signed copy of the tender package (Annex B, D and E),
9- Warranty specifications and conditions,
10- Service contract TOR.
