• Ensure the program activity implementation daily. 

• Share the daily progress reports of the program activities. 

• Update the population statistics of targeted locations, verify the number of households and populations as well as report on any required modification (including new arrivals, exclude departures etc.).

• Ensure effective distribution of bread, diesel, kerosene, and other NFIs at the ECC sites level in coordination with the line manager for all Blumont and other actors on the ground.

• Conduct the flour distribution by attending bakeries during the process.

• Conducting the bakery survey by visiting the bakeries and following up on the progress to monitor the data.

• Following the bakeries’ operation under his/her area of operation and checking the flour quality and the bread at the bakeries daily. 

• Support distribution of WASH NFIs at ECCs as directed by line managers.

• Support other program departments as directed by line manager. 

• Having strong personality and communication skills to best serve the targeted communities. 

• Perform any other related duties as reasonably requested by the supervisor.

• Diploma Certificate in a related field.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

• Less than 1 year of Experience in FSL, NFI, shelter and WASH programs.

• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. 

• Good skills in Arabic and English language. 

• Ability to travel to all the program areas in Raqqa, Tabqa cities and any other areas in northeast Syria.
