The consultant will provide services as follows:
• Managing and preserving employee records such as recruitment files, contracts, and certificates.
• Regularly updating employee data and entering it into human resources systems.
• Archiving documents in a way that facilitates retrieval when needed
• Posting job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
• Arranging interview schedules and organizing their timings.
• Communicating with applicants and providing them with necessary information about vacancies.
• Recording employee attendance and departure and monitoring compliance with working hours
• Preparing periodic reports on employee absences and delays.
• Assisting in managing electronic attendance and departure systems.
• Preparing periodic reports on employee performance and administrative needs.
• Providing comprehensive reports to the human resources management about completed procedures
• Contributing to the analysis of statistical data related to human resources.
• Coordinating training programs for new and existing employees.
• Monitoring employee registration in training courses.
• Preparing training schedules and providing necessary resources for successful implementation.
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding human resources policies.
• Following up on the implementation of management decisions related to promotions or transfers.
• Ensuring the implementation of organizational policies and procedures related to human resources.
• Reviewing payroll-related data such as leaves and incentives.
• Making necessary adjustments to the payroll systems in coordination with the finance department.
• Addressing employee inquiries related to salaries and benefits.
• Scheduling meetings between the human resources department and other departments.
• Preparing agendas and minutes of meetings.
• Following up on the implementation of decisions made during the meetings.
