Background:
This consultancy aims to support the execution of construction works focusing on infrastructure enhancements, specifically targeting the installation of metal shades, solar power systems, concrete works, and cooling units. The Technical Advisor will oversee Design, supervise the implementation, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and compliance with established technical guidelines.

Technical Supervision of construction Activities
- Responsible for preparing the design and technical documentation and drawings for all the construction activities.
- Oversee the execution of construction works, including metal shades, solar power system installation, and concrete works.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and contractors during project execution to
ensure compliance with specified standards and technical guidelines.
Cooling Unit Installation Monitoring
• Verify the design of the cooling unit according to the relevant standards and specifications.
• Supervise the delivery and installation of the cooling unit, ensuring compliance with
relevant technical standards and specifications.
Quality Control
• Conduct periodic quality assessments and inspections throughout the different stages
of construction activities.
Reporting
- Prepare detailed periodic reports documenting the progress of construction activities.
- Identify and clearly articulate potential issues and risks and propose actionable
Expected Deliverables:
- Regular technical supervision reports outlining project progress, technical compliance, and issue identification.
- Reports documenting results of cooling unit installations, including test outcomes and compliance checks.

- Higher education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical supervision of infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects, particularly involving steel structures, solar energy systems, and cooling unit installation.
- Proven expertise in quality control, workshop management, and technical reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Arabic and preferably proficient in English.
- Experience working within development or infrastructure improvement projects is highly desirable.
Duration:
The duration of the consultancy will be 2 months from signing the contract.
