• Check all doors and windows to be sure they are locked.
• Make floor-by-floor check of all building; starting from the door of the roof and down, once every one hours during nightly assignment.
• Make sure the front yard and the entrance of the office are clean and tidy.
• Take out the trash bags on daily basis or when needed.
• Turn on /off the generator of the building when requested by logs team.
• Make sure all lights, ACs, stoves, fans...etc.. are off after all staff have left the office.
• Report any security incidents to the line manager and the office manager.
• Other duties Maybe from time to time assigned by his supervisor
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information to visitors about Concern activities and types of assistance.
• Receive complaints and requests for assistance.
• Turn on /off the generator of the building when requested by logs team.
• Others duties as may be from time to time assigned by his supervisor.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• At least one year of prior professional experience in a similar position.
• The ability to read, write and follow written directions in Arabic.
• Good communication skills, courteous and treats others with respect.
• Trustworthy and high personal integrity
• Available for night-time and weekend shift work.
