A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project to support conflict-affected populations in Northeast Syria and invites suppliers to submit offers for Vehicles Rental and Driving Service in Der Ezzor Governorate

منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية تنفذ مشروع مساعدات إنسانية لدعم السكان المتضررين من النزاع في شمال شرق سوريا وتدعو المزودين لتقديم عروض لخدمة تأجير المركبات والسياقة في محافظة دير الزور.

A Pre-Tender Information Session will be held on 06/05/2025 at 13:00 PM (Local Time in Syria) (address will be shared upon offer request). Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In Addition, a written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 07/05/2025.

Applicants can apply by one vehicle only.

Applicants can be either the vehicle’s owner or an authorized driver. In the case of an authorized driver, valid proof of authorization document must be submitted.

Applicants (Vehicle’s owner or the authorized driver) shall be not less than 18 years old.

Applicants (Vehicle’s owner and the authorized driver) shall be from Deir Ez-Zor residents.

The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.

ستعقد جلسة معلومات قبل المناقصة 06/05/2025  الساعة الواحدة ظهراّ (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) (سيتم مشاركة العنوان عند  طلب العرض). ومشاركة مقدمي العروض المهتمين في الجلسة التعريفية أمر مفضل ولكنه ليس إلزاميا. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتاح في مكتب المنظمة في  07/05/2025  موجز مكتوب للاستفسارات التي أثارها مقدمو العروض المهتمون.

يمكن للمتقدمين التقديم بسيارة واحدة فقط.

من الممكن أن يكون المتقدمون إما مالكي المركبة أو سائقين المفوضين. في حال كان السائق مفوضا، يجب تقديم إثبات لوثيقة التفويض سارية المفعول.

يجب أن لا يقل عمر المتقدمين (مالك المركبة أو السائق المفوض) عن 18 عامًا.

يجب أن يكون المتقدمين (مالك المركبة أو السائق المفوض) من سكان دير الزور.

لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد عروضهم وتقديمها.
